The staff here are helpful and responsible, managing parking onsite and offering a recently refurbished room with a jacuzzi as well as wake-up service.

overall it is a beautiful hotel and we liked the stay, the location was magnificent close to everything you dont need car. the property staff are responsible.

Everything is what i need and want.

The restaurant here was good at the first floor, we both ordered tasty dishes. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a large water park was nice and amazing. The property was located about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. A bus stop minutes from the property was really handy.

Lovely location close to the sea, beach, and restaurants; delicious food and drinks; free wake up service and ironing; private parking available.

The place was clean, recently renovated and absolutely perfect rooms. Thanks to the RESPONSIBLE staff everything was brand-new, including plenty oftasty food. The rooms with jacuzzi. 15 minutes walking from the but station. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Make sure to get deluxe apartment with washing machine, Jacuzzi, as for instance. The hotel staff is responsible and amicable. We would have stayed for longer as the location was good!

Recently refurbished room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom, would recommend to everyone.

Communication with staff was difficult.

The newly remodeled room was fantastic and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and a microwave oven. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all attractions and just a short walk from the beach.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located just a short walk from the stunning Cleopatra beach. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. I also enjoyed the convenience of having shops, cafes, and restaurants within close proximity. it was a great vacation experience with everything I needed just a stone's throw away.

The hotel could improve by providing hair dryers in the rooms.

Als light sleeper vond ik de locatie van het hotel geweldig! Het was dicht bij het treinstation en vlakbij het centrum van de stad. Perfect voor een weekendje weg. De kamer was ruim en het bed was comfortabel. De badkamer was schoon en goed onderhouden. Helaas ontbrak er een ontbijt, wat een beetje teleurstellend was. Maar over het algemeen was het een goede waarde voor je geld.
